Having a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, this coming year ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to generate a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
A specialist in creating sculptors from metal scrap, whenever a client approached Nishant to make one among Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his new born little girl can be an reply to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came as a possible chance to express the love on the higher power.

Regardless of the short notice, a project that needs dedication of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece within a month. Tirelessly time of day and night regarding his team, he says “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts must be handpicked so they could easily fit in being a jigsaw puzzle. The hardest and challenging part was the entire process of hammering and bending the various to own desire shape of the body. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors included with the process of executing the project with the deadline, which however we been able to accomplish.
A 6 feet in height “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it’s made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are almost 10 or 15 mm in depth which were bent & welded together and meticulously shaped to make it an entire metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been made from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts only to name just a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) can be created from gears, nuts, bolts plus using a piston block along with a wrought iron tail.
With all the 6 foot Ganpati created away from automobile scrap for his client, the subsequent project for Nishant can be a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
