With a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, in 2010 ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to create a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
An experienced professional in creating sculptors from metal scrap, when a client approached Nishant to generate one of Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his baby little girl can be an response to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came just as one opportunity to express his passion on the higher power.

Despite the short notice, a job that needs a consignment of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece within a month. Tirelessly day time and night together with his team, he admits that “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts must be handpicked in order that they could fit in being a jigsaw puzzle. The hardest and challenging part was the process of hammering and bending several to get the desire form of the body. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors included with the process of executing the work in the deadline, which however we were able to accomplish.
A 6 ft . tall “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it can be made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are almost 10-15 mm thick that have been bent & welded together and meticulously shaped making it a total metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been given from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts in order to mention a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) can be created from gears, nuts, bolts plus with a piston block as well as a wrought iron tail.
Using the 6 foot Ganpati created beyond automobile scrap for his client, the following problem for Nishant can be a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
