With a strong family belief in Lord Ganesha, this year ace sculptor Nishant Sudhakaran (Founder at Leo Enterprises) has surpassed all imaginative goals to make a six foot Ganesha idol with automobile scraps.
An expert in creating sculptors away from metal scrap, when a client approached Nishant to produce among Lord Ganesha, he couldn’t resist. He believes his new born daughter is definitely an answer to his prayers to Ganpati/ Ganesha, he believed this came being an opportunity to express the romance on the higher power.

Inspite of the short notice, an undertaking that requires a consignment of nearly 60 – 70 days, he completed this magnificent piece in just a month. Tirelessly time of day and night together with his team, he says “Ganpati Bappa removes all obstacles.”
The thick sized, heavy automobile parts had to be handpicked so that they could fit into like a jigsaw puzzle. The most difficult and challenging part was the process of hammering and bending the parts to own desire form of one’s body. Sourcing flat parts from various vendors included with the process of executing the project at the deadline, which however we managed to accomplish.
A 6 ft . tall “The Lord Ganesha” sculpture, it really is made purely from various automobile scrap parts. These parts are almost 10 to 15 mm in thickness that had been bent & welded together and meticulously shaped making it a complete metal sculpture. This Ganpati Idol has been given from over 850 KGs of automobile car parts like disk brakes, fenders, clutch plates, flat gears, shaft gears, spark plugs, connecting rods, automobile chains, crank shafts only to name a few. The Mooshak (Mouse/ Undir Mama) is also created from gears, nuts, bolts and in addition which has a piston block plus a wrought iron tail.
Using the 6 foot Ganpati created out of automobile scrap for his client, another project for Nishant is really a ten to eleven foot kinetic wind sculpture.
