I do not need to inform you or reminded that our economy is often a mess. Accept reality. Stop whining and find a solution yourself. Don’t depend on the federal government to correct the problem. The more they spend, regulate, create more bureaucracy and meddle in a capitalistic system, the more serious things become. Don’t count on the normal middle class employee if you can’t motivate her or him straight into expanding their thoughts and become quite a lot creator instead of a follower. You certainly can’t count on the growing low income bracket with an entitlement mentality. They’re partly accountable for our sick economy. The entitlement mentality won’t create anything unless they’re able to drastically change their beliefs about work and wealth. We must help motivate others to move up the ladder and realize their full potential but use the living and do not try and enhance the dead. When you have a worker with great work ethic and imagination, get them to pursue their dreams.
As entrepreneurs we should instead accept down to growing a profitable business without making excuses. No whining, just get busy. Promote the entrepreneurial spirit. As small business owners and wealth builders we must collectively handle the load for healing a sick economy. It will require working longer and smarter while accepting more risk. But collectively we as the major employer on this country need to boost on the plate. Find and hire one or more more person with a few work ethic that will learn and implement concepts of creating wealth.
Wealth and success are created with imagination fueled by effort. If someone has neither an imagination nor a strong work ethic, they’ll never build a fortune. They must somehow still find it within themselves, or start with the basics if you attempt to stimulate gets into something which will use them one stage further.
Wealth potential is unlimited. Lots of simple minded people think that wealth first are only able to be realized if wealth from this band are brilliant revoked. This is the mentality with the entitlement mindset, not the creator mindset that made this country great.
Being a small company owner myself, I struggle everyday looking for new solutions to find new customers. We are a tile grout restoration company. I know there are other lucrative work at home opportunities out there but this is the thing that I select and I am focused on which makes it work. Nobody is perfect but we’re still learning and growing.
That is my attempt to give a little encouragement and motivation to the small company owner available. To have an economic recovery to happen recognize that it really is approximately us if it is to be.
