The storyline of my mother and Whatsapp

It is often five-years since Sami went to France to carry out his studies in engineering. He’s courageous, ambitious, smart, and highly sensitive. Sami returns to Lebanon 3 times each year, in April, August, and December.

Nada, his mother, is 55 years of age and does not work. When Sami announced to her that he would be likely to Paris to examine, she was proud but in addition anxious. Scared and worried, she started sleeping less during the night, considering how her son would survive life in France. In the cold to ladies to food, everything worried her.
Before Sami left, he showed his mother how to use Skype and promised to call occasionally to update her on his life, but he wasn’t sure this be adequate.
Nada spent plenty of her days waiting for that Skype notification to find out and speak to her son. Each and every time Sami returned home, he noticed that her face increasingly showed signs of anxiety, which worried him a whole lot. He became anxious but was believing that his diploma from France provides him using a better life.
August 2017. Sami recently landed in Lebanon and goes the place to find see his parents. He discusses
his mother’s face and sees something more important: she is smiling and looks relaxed.
What is happening since 2012
Combined with technological advancements, WhatsApp was introduced to the planet. This is revolutionary in many ways. Believe it or not, it changed Nada’s life. She actually is a simple learner and received a smartphone as a present from her son. Sami is now able to share many details of his life along with her. Instantaneously, through voice messages, she will hear his voice at any time during the day. She could also video-call him even when he could be in the pub, in a different country. Sami sometimes shares photos of his lunch, the elements, a write-up of clothing he wanted to buy, and even pictures of his new girlfriend. Whenever she’s anxious, she sends Sami an email, and a lot of times, she receives an
instantaneous response.
Technology has been criticized a great deal lately being a reasons why people are becoming distant, but in some cases, specifically for people living abroad, it has changed their lives.
