Planning my route the night time before, testing my gps on my phone and circling the yard sale listings inside the paper certainly are a Friday night ritual.
The city My home is is often a “Planned Community”. Which make it pre-planned and strategically laid out. It can be separated into Sections each section is represented by directions. The “P” section is made up of streets beginning from the letter P: Perkins, Parking, Parkins, Penny. You get the idea! Inside the P section, there are lots of retirees and young professionals. The W section is the rich and ritzy part of town Then the B section is older but, more run down. The R section is packed with lovers with children. The S Section is south of town and considered within the boondocks just because the lots are larger plus it feels more country. And finally, the C Section is the place the canals, intracoastal, boats, boats and more boaters live. Each section possesses its own characteristics and community. Despite the fact that many of us are the main larger town, these “sections” develop over town to draw in a particular ambience. The location with plenty of children have 2 elementary schools and sidewalks throughout. The “Country” part of town doesn’t have any street lights and is off of the beaten track from your rest of town. But, the town all together has regulations and rules and laws that individuals all try to abide.

I faithfully pour over the Pennysaver dividing the sale addresses into town’s sections and plot my Saturday journey!
I leave for your sales until around 11am because most of these sales end by 1 or 2pm. Therefore, when I buy towards the sale, the people decide to unload all of the their stuff for virtually any price you offer them. Ever since i am NEVER trying to find anything in particular… just real deals, I have been previously capable to purchase (without negotiation) entire rooms of furniture, enormous collections of old china and enough fabric to sew clothes for a under-developed nation! And I purchased for about $5!!! I’ve got a weekly budget of approximately $20 for garage sales and just a couple of times have I ever gone over that amount!!!
So, because of this weekend, We are plotting out about 10 sales within a 10 mile array of my house. I will leave at 11 am and stay back by 3pm and I know….The back seat with the car will probably be LOADED!!!!
