Kyle Cooper has spent many his life serving his country inside the Marine Corps. One of Kyle’s biggest responsibilities would have been to keep his men trained plus top health. For greater than a decade, he worked with marines on both combat effectiveness and physical readiness. It’s no exaggeration to express that whenever it comes to fitness, Kyle was already an expert.

This really stumbled on a head when Kyle along with a number of marines and guardsmen were tasked at intercepting several terrorists in a remote mountain cave rumored to become escorting none other than Osama Bin Laden himself.
The intelligence was inaccurate, though, so when Kyle and a few of his men entered a tiny rear part of a cave, these were caught in a bomb blast. Kyle and the other young marine survived, but one of his men, a National Guardsmen that was assigned to him was killed.
Kyle blamed himself as they knew how the man’s poor physical condition had made him not fast enough to evade the destructive blast. It seemed it doesn’t matter what he did, these Guardsmen weren’t getting back in much better shape. Then Kyle met a Korean medical student named Sam Pak and his entire world changed. Sam introduced Kyle with a revolutionary scientific evidence that led both men to create a new weight reduction system that Kyle later called the Fat Decimator. It turned Kyle’s world on its ear, because Sam explained very much of the common fitness premises held dear under western culture were actually not only ineffective but possibly damaging. Sam showed Kyle a new approach that proved incredibly effective along with his people.
The program was so amazing that whenever Kyle got back towards the states, his life’s mission was revealed to him as he met and helped a middle aged woman completely turn her lifetime around. Sharon Monroe went from being forty pounds overweight and literally teetering about the fringe of a life-ending heart problem to slimmer, healthier and far happier mom yet again.
Today, retired from the Marines, Kyle works with individuals from worldwide who arrived at his weight reduction bootcamp.
