Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is manufactured out of the plastic bottles (PET), processed into recycled loose fiber (staple ), these loose or staple fibres are made from “plastic“ (PET) cool drink bottles these are generally further broken into :
sprite green staple fibres
stoney beige staple fibres
coke or clear white staple fibres
Then it is, converted to a recycled polyester nonwoven fabric referred to as stitch bond fabric by using top quality polyester filament yarn or thread. The intertwining in the thread and loose fibre can be described as stitching process or stitching technology. This stitch bond fabric is 100 % local. Stitch bond nonwoven fabric is made by stitching polyester staple fibers and polyester filament threads together, glue will be put into customize the looks to create the finished products. These stitch bond non-woven fabrics appear in different widths and weights, with regards to the clients requirements.
