Alpine Sky Golden Retrievers is a small family-oriented breeder situated in Raleigh, NC. Our love for English Cream Golden Retrievers began with the earnest find a great dog. We needed a dog which was kid-friendly and trainable, using a calm, gentle temperament therefore we began trying to find breeds which in fact had characteristics suitable for our lifestyle.
Because we love to hiking, lake and beach time, we would have liked your dog that loved water and use. It seemed to be key the dog not be a barker because we work at home. After much research, we concluded on the English Cream Golden Retrievers, that has been an ideal fit for all of us.
We sought out months for the quality male from the responsible small family breeder, lastly found him. In 2008, we fell completely deeply in love with our first boy, Kozmo, regarding his gentle, sweet nature and happy go lucky attitude. He loves everyone, especially children, so we were immediately obsessed with the breed. We added Holly to our family and, in 2014, our extended dog family began to form with our first litter likely to carefully selected others who live nearby.
After witnessing the enrichment of countless lives, i was motivated to continue sharing our special dogs with an increase of families and also the broader community.
Leveraging their gentle and sweet temperaments, we began certifying each of our own dogs as Therapy Dogs. It has been a satisfying experience for our family, the dogs, and also the individuals finding the comfort and joy our dogs give everyone.
