For decades, we’ve been told to ‘express yourself.’ Embracing our individuality, embracing our flaws, expressing what we sense, being ourselves without having pretension – it’s great. But are we taken it too much, concise that we’re too centered on ourselves as people who we’ve forgotten of looking after?
