The four forms of quality inspection services:
Pre-production inspection
An Inspector will be assigned to visit the factory and look garbage and rough-wrought products by way of a random selection process. All garbage and outsourced parts should meet client requirement.
During production inspection (also called “DUPRO inspection” in the industry)
The inspector will check the semi-finished, or finished products according to the standards or signed reference samples. If the inspection result is REJECT, the inspector will notify the manufacturer of any mistakes/quality issues. Keen Sourcing quality management department will discussed manufacturer around the mistakes/quality issues detected during the inspection and assist manufacturer to exercise an entire failure analysis report and corrective method in order to avoid further mistakes.
Normally AQL is 0/1.0/2.5 or 0/2.5/4.0 for During Production Inspection. It’ll be up to clients’ requirement.
Sampling plan: MIL-STD-105E/ GB2828.1-2003
Final inspection (also referred to as “pre-shipment inspection”)
The buyer can often mean specific details for that inspector to test before inspection such as the number, process, function, color, size specification or packing details. Keen Sourcing inspector does the final inspection with all the inspection standard or signed reference sample prior to the merchandise is sent for delivery.

Container loading inspection
The inspector will continue to work along with the manufacturers to ensure in the event the packing meets the packing conditions. The activity can be carried out within the factory, warehouse or even in the transmission process. Furthermore, the inspector will monitor all the products to become loaded.
