The 4 types of quality inspection services:
Pre-production inspection
An Inspector will be appointed to go to the factory and appearance raw materials and rough-wrought products by a random shopping process. All recycleables and outsourced parts should meet client requirement.
During production inspection (also referred to as “DUPRO inspection” in the industry)
The inspector will look into the semi-finished, or finished products in line with the standards or signed reference samples. When the inspection result is REJECT, the inspector will notify the maker of the mistakes/quality issues. Keen Sourcing quality management department will discussed manufacturer on the mistakes/quality issues detected through the inspection and assist manufacturer to exercise a whole failure analysis report and corrective plan of action to prevent further mistakes.
Normally AQL is 0/1.0/2.5 or 0/2.5/4.0 for During Production Inspection. It’ll depend on clients’ requirement.
Sampling plan: MIL-STD-105E/ GB2828.1-2003
Final inspection (also called “pre-shipment inspection”)
The customer can indicate specific details for that inspector to check on before inspection like the number, process, function, color, size specification or packing details. Keen Sourcing inspector does the final inspection using the inspection standard or signed reference sample ahead of the merchandise is sent for delivery.

Container loading inspection
The inspector will continue to work together with the manufacturers to verify if the packing meets the packing conditions. China sourcing service can be done within the factory, warehouse or perhaps in the transmission process. Furthermore, the inspector will monitor all of the products to be loaded.
