We understand that participants on the retreats their very own story and finding yourself in a peaceful environment allows us to heal & recharge, continuing to move forward which has a clear mind and open heart.

Yoga classes are taught alone, Amber. I am going to direct you through comfortable poses, breathing exercises, correcting your system alignment, chanting from your heart, chakra cleansing & meditation.
With experience being a massage & yoga therapist and achieving the pleasure of teaching classes at studios and retreat centres all over the world, connecting with others from all of different backgrounds and areas of life.
I became honoured becoming a qualified yoga instructor under the tutelage of Padma Nair “Padma Karma” a certified yoga school in India.
I am able to guide all levels regardless if you are not used to yoga or even more advanced and seeking to improve and improve your regular practice.

My lady Ivan will teach Qigong Meditation classes. Qigong is called china form of yoga and uses slow graceful meditative movements to help you cultivate your Qi connecting with our universal elements. Ivan has a lot of experience teaching at yoga workshop & abroad and it is currently completing his training with The Shiatsu College in London underneath the tutelage of Annie Cryer & Cathryn Burnnet.

On your stay with us you’ll be served delicious nutritious vegetarian meals, fresh juices and smoothies.
And also the daily Yoga and Qigong classes you can expect raw food nutrition workshops which you could discover ways to prepare basic and tasty recipes.

You will also are able to participate in reiki healing plus a selection of massage treatments.
